A. You will receive your card via email approximately 24 hours after successful completion of the course.
A. Yes, as long as you have completed the correct course. Speak with us if you're unsure of which course to take.
A. All Certifications expire after 2 years. Due to this, we recommend some courses be taken alongside one another.
Q. If I take the course in Delaware, but live in or move to another state, will my card still be valid?

A. Yes, course completion cards are accepted in all US states.

A. BLS Stands for Basic Life Support for Healthcare workers.
A. You can either pay soon after scheduling or you can come to the class 10 minutes earlier and pay in cash.
- Electronic payment (Venmo or Zelle) prior to class.
- Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit Card Electronic Payment the day of class.
A. We have many instructors and are able to teach classes of any size.

A. The AHA does not mandate a minimum age requirement for learning CPR. The ability to perform CPR is based more on body strength than age.
A. Victims have a greater chance of survival from cardiac arrest when CPR includes the use of an AED.
Q.I am not a healthcare professional and I need a CPR and AED course for work purposes. Which course should I take?

A. We have courses designed for anyone with limited or no medical training in need of a course completion card for a job. These courses are designed to meet OSHA requirements.
A. Yes, please have current BLS certification available to show to the instructor prior to the course.
Your original is typically issued via email as an e-card and e-certificate. If you are unable to locate that email, you can contact the Training Authority for a replacement. Please note: there may be a fee associated with this.
